I'm looking for guys with guys that replaced their stock non forged 4v motors with stock 03-04 Cobra Shortblocks and running Centri blowers. Wondering what kind of power and boost you guys are running because I may about to do the same. Please chime in...

While I have a factory 03 cobra with a kb on it, I'll say that a 03/04 short with a centri will hold quite a lot of power. With a good tune and on pump gas I wouldn't be hesitant to push 650-700 out of them. With e85 I'd push up to 800 without getting too worried as long as iat2's are lowish and it's a good tune.
Your compression will be low not ideal for centri blowers.
yeah there was a guy that just did that swap in his Mach 1 with a D1 on a terminator short block and was disappointed that it didnt break 600. I would just get the rest of the parts for an eaton swap and put whatever blower you wanted on it
600rwhp is respectable especially for me and what i want to do with the car. Hell i went 11.03 at 126mph with around 470rwhp should have broke 10's but you know how that goes
Buy rods and flat top pistons for your block, balance it and stud it! Make 600-700 and keep the low end power
