03/04 seats in a older car

I am looking at putting some 03/04 Cobra seats in a 60's car...Is a 03/04 Cobra Hard top seat the same as a Conv. seat?

Would any one have a wiring diag for the seats? Looks like there are 4 wires.

Same seats. I know if u look in the service manual u can find the wires. I sold mine to a guy with a sn95 cobra and he spliced the wires in, worked fine.
