03 Bumper on 99

hey guys gonna install this 03 bumper on my 99 i ordered the complete kit from blueovalindustries.com it came with fogs and bezels, chin spoiler, and bumper ofcourse. I have no instructions seems like it should b easy enough although i was wondering if anyone has any tricks or tips to help me or where i could find some kind of instructions of some kind....also will i need 03 wiring harness for the foglights to work? thanks guys

its not hard at all..just take the black push plugs from underneath the bumper and also there are two nuts on either side of the bumper behind the inner wheel well

what about installin foglights, bezels, and chin spoiler thats where im at now

When you remove the 2 push pins under the hood in the grille area be careful. They go into your header panel and mine fell apart when I took mine off. It looks like Ford put the holes for the pin to close to the edge and the header panel isn't strong enough to support it over time. I drilled new holes further back and it works fine now.
