03 center console paint

I just picked up an 03 center console from the local pick and pull for 30 bucks its in nearly perfect condition the only thing is that is a light gray color.... My car is tan and black I know I seen some one on here paint one tan and was wondering what paint he used from latemodelresto the vynyl or lacquer and of course if any one has the pics or link can yall guide me in that direction thanks

I think the lacquer would be the best. It holds better on hard parts. On my center console armrest for my 1993 I used lacquer for the plastic and vinyl for the cushion portion of it
