Been doing some research, trying to figure out if the 31 spline 03/04 half shafts are right hand left hand specific or universal?

Cross-referencing part #'s and there is nothing specific to L or R. However, I would think that if you remove the existing ones from the car, you would not want to switch them due to the wear patterns etc.
