I dont know if this has discussed, but are the 03 fogs the same size as the 01 fogs? The 03's are clear where the 01's are that old school. What is the part numbers for the 03 ones and how easy would it be to swap (harness, ect).
03 cobra fog lights

harness is the same for all 99-04s, I have an 03 GT, used to have a 99 Cobra bumper with fogs and an 03 bumper with fogs and they all plugged right in.
someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i thought i remembered reading that the 03/04 harness was different from the 99/01.

now the installing of the light itself on the 99 bezel might be the problem :shrug:

i replaced my 99 front bumper with the 03 bumper and foglights.
the harness is different.
i just bought the pig tails right from ford. they were cheap and i just spliced them in.
and the 03 cobra fog lights are way different from the 99/01 lights and will not just be a replacement with out rigging it getto style.
