Quick update so I guess the squeal was from coolant spilled on belt. Turned it on in my garage after a while it kind of stopped, I added distilled water and tried to burp the system, which a bubble did burp out but the car starting going to 205 so I shut it down. It took a while to climb though, don't know if cuz it's 103 outside and inside my garage feels like 120. But I'll try to re burp the system tomorrow with a fan and move the car outside.
