03 Cobra Steeda Springs Question

Why are my Steeda springs I just bought taller than my stock springs? Is this normal? I don't think these will fit and the item number on the springs are correct 223-9004. See pic below.

Your old springs are probably worn in and the new ones are not. They will settle after a bit of use.

Steeda Sport Springs are progressive rate springs whereas the stock Cobra springs are linear, •Spring rate front working range 720-780lb/in •Spring rate rear working range 650-790lb/in. Have them on my car. I just installed the Steeda X2 ball joints after having the springs for a couple of years, should have done this sooner as the handling is even better now.
