03 cobra swap into a 97 gt help!!!

I searched threads but have not found a detailed swap. So sorry if this is a repeat topic. I have a 97 gt and a full doner 03 cobra. I am going with a return style fuel system so i know i cant use the cobras. What all will i need from the cobra to put it into the gt. mechanical im pretty clear on as far as the heat ex. and so on, but as far as the wiring goes i have no clue. for example do i need the body harness, what stays and what goes. thank you.
