03 cobra value? 10'th convert on C/L

I was looking at an 03 cobra convertible that was 10'th anniversary with 65,000 miles on it. It has a bad window solenoid on the drivers side and needs a new front divers headlight due to fogging. What do you think it is worth guys?

No back seats from the rear seat delete package. Also seats are a little worn.

Shit, at a dealership with no backseat and lying about an anniversary? You know they didnt pay jack for it. I'd offer $13,000...tell them seats go for over $1,000 and I'm sure you can find some flaws in the paint to point out to him.

Edit: completely forgot about the window solenoid and headlight.

yea def doesn't look like a 10th.... missing the wheels, seat, shift boot, steering wheel, and the back emblem doesn't even say anniverary...

id offer 15 and go from there like someone else said
