Drove it tonight and the 20 amp circuit breaker fuse blew (not the first time i have had it blow) but i just kept replacing it and seemed to work fine for a few weeks but now the fuse is blown and now if i try to put another one in there it has a draw on there and the lights dim and the circuit breaker gets real hot. The fuel pumps do prime windows will not roll down but it doesnt crank over at all. Everything else works fine other than that and its not the theft or inertia switch.

I assume that what you mean when you say "will not crank" that the starter does not engauge? Have you checked the starter relay and fuse in the batt. junction box? Maybe just leave the c.b. for the windows out until you isolate the starting issue. BTW that c.b. sends power to the GEM and the master switch, The GEM should pull very small amount of juice so I would unplug the master window switch and start from there.
