I have read numerous threads on changing consoles over on our sn95's but still haven't found all wiring answers. When I bought my 96 it had an 03 console installed with a 99 shifter bezel but no wiring and no cigarette lighters. I bought the console wiring that works with my 96 because I really want to install cig lighters to be able to run GPS or charge cell. I ordered a cig lighter from LMR that listed up to 97 cobra but I wasn't thinking that neither my shifter bezel or console were for that year so obviously it didn't fit. What cig lighter do I need to order and will I need different wiring to make it work? Any help would certainly be appreciated, I really want to reassemble a working interior! Thanks!!!

When I swapped shifter bezels it came with a cig lighter but the plugs were different, so I had to use the one from my 96. I wrapped it in electrical tape until it fit snug and then hot glued it from the back. You can't tell any difference from the front and it works.
