Ok so this post is for a buddy of mine. As far as i can tell no company makes a longtube header kit for this year, motor and with 4wd. They sell a kit for the 2wd version with a 4.6 and kits for the 5.4 2/4wd. Now i have seen a few threads on other sites where people say they have used certain sets of pacesetter headers and made them work. My question is has anyone on here put longtubes on there 4wd 4.6 2v f150's? We work at a fabrication shop so things can be worked around/modified. Any pointers on what set to order would be awesome.

The heads are the same but the deck height is shorter. This means the headers will sit lower and narrower. The Y will be shorter on the crossover too.
