Here's the run down:
03 Mach1 5 speed 42k miles
I was driving took car out 3 days ago for first time this year, doing 65-70, slowed down stopped at red light. RPMS starting dropping, surging. Car was buckin and chuggin, pulled into gas station put some gas in it ( it was at an 8th tank) tried to start it, wouldn't. checked fuel pressure at the rail, it had 0. nothin. towed it home, started checking for power at the pump/ driver mod. zero. was doing key on test for power, then all the sudden the theft came on and the fan. odometer now all dashes. found fuel pump fuse blown. hooked up NGS, but im getting a j1850-no communication with pcm. get good ground on all pins on pcm, ccrm was swapped, and all pins checked. besides PCM blown, i have no idea. help!
Data connector has power, ccrm has power, 20Amp fuses #2 and & #8 under drivers dash have power.
what could cause the data connector to not be able to communicate with pcm?
