Listen around 14 - 15 secs. Sounds like whine to me. Apparantely, the SS is a heads/cam + N20 car.

The reason you don't hear the whine in the beginning is because that Z28 is WAAAAAAYYYY Loud. My T/a was about that loud and I definitely agree that it is an 03. It sounds stock like mine. My whine is not that loud.(Yet )

all i can hear is ford, there are a ton of vids out there of 03 cobras and there is never a time you cant here the charger at wot its just loud, and one other thing ive seen fast chevys before so big deal:rollseyes
