03 whipple cobra vs 542hp turbo integra

well went down to a shop after got my new parts on my car to dyno it.. running into a heat soak problem and pulling timing but it managed 597hp 608tq then got into a run with a 6262 turbo gsr integra that made 542hp... I wanted a 20 roll he wanted a 50 we settled on a 40 but when we lined up he still brought me up to 50 was still good run tho I get my downstream air temp lower I should be able pull some better numbers.. mods are 2.3 whipple rr 3.10 upper 4lb lower twin 65mm tb 2800 mafs 80lb injs gt pumps kb bap mac longtubes and 110 fuel... integra was on e85 and both on MT's
