04 cobra noise

Ok I kooked at a 04 cobra I really liked but after the car was running I could hear alittle noise coming from the oil pan , and it scared me off , then today I looked at an 03 and it was making the same noise. Do these cars make noise at idle from underneath. Also if someone has a video of one idleing and normal sounding , would help out. And any input would be appreciated...

i had a buddy with that same noise..i dont remember to well but i think it was diagnose as rod knock

well that doesnt sound good...sounds like its coming from the crank...bearing or something

the noise is only on the right side, back two cylinders it sounds in the head

The vid you posted is the head tick. If you can only hear it from under the oil pan and not from above(engine stethoscope) then its either an exhaust leak or 7/8 cylinder/piston problem. Does it increase with RPM and go away after 1500? Only hear it cold/hot?

It is a rod bearing 4&8 ,need a new bottom end
