I got an email from him this afternoon stating that the motor is out, crated up and will be picked up by Roadway freight on Tuesday.

Ok i finally got something out of paypal and he they said he has refunded the money and it is processing now!

SO JUST TO BE CLEAR HE REFUNDED MY MONEY!
