screaming cobra

I am experiencing a problem with my cobra and hoping someone on here can give me some advice.
Facts. 04 cobra. factory supercharger, k&n cai, 2.93 pulley on supercharger 10 psi boost, spec 3 clutch with adj quadrant, mgb orange handle short throw shifter, bassani exhaust.
problem. when i am upshifting at 10 psi of boost when i go into the next gear the car does something weird. it almost acts like it stalls for a split second. but it only does it when im using all the boost that the charger is putting out. it doesnt do it when im driving normal and shifting normal. the spec clutch was recently installed. i cant tell if it is a fuel problem, air problem, or what may be causing it to act like it does.
any help is greatly appreciated.
