Tonight at the track there was an 05 GT, the car is an auto with air intake and under drive pullies. It also has flowmasters and a DynoSpeedRacing tune.
I had seen it run a 13.4 earlier in the evening, and commented I would like to race him.
Well I had just made a pass and poped the hood when he came over and asked me if I would like to run.
Since it was a Tuesday the track wasn't crowded at all and it was very easy to line up with whoever you wanted.
I jumped him out of the hole pretty good, killing him on the light and cutting a 1.9 60 to his 2.0
After the 8th he started making up ground, but at the end of the 1/4 he was still a car or so back. He trapped 103 to my 101.
I had wanted to run one these cars for a while so I'm happy I got to do it and make it a W.
