05 Mustang; More popular than the new vette

If you have seen both cars in person then you have a right to an opinion.

They both look better in person, the Mustang is significantly better in person than in pictures.

Also, the crowd around the new Mustang was consistently larger than around the new vette at the Detroit show.

I've seen both in person and like the new Vette changes better than the Stang changes. I also can't get over the interior (dash mainly) of the new stang. Hey how'd that retro T-Bird sell??????

I recently seen both at the NAIAS and I think both look pretty good and the new interior on the stang is a BIG improvement.

Every time I see the new Vette from the front I say Viper. Then I see the ass-end and I'm ashamed for GM that they've run out of their own designs.

New mustang is awesome. I will have it in 06 when the S/C is available. It has easily won me back to ford. Im planning on getting an 03 with the promises of the Ford name and future design looking good.:thumbsup:

As a former Corvette owner (2) including a zr-1. GM did a real piss poor job with the C6. Its body lines are retarded. Its got a seriously big errrsse.

Well I think with the new lines, the Big Arse on the vette looks smaller than the Huge Arse on the C5.

Ford sells 140,000 Mustangs per year and have geared up to sell 180,000 '05's (which I think will increase).
Cheby sells 35,000 Corvettes at twice the price.

Agreed...the 05 looks MUCH better than the pics that have been floating around. I disliked the car before I saw it in person.
