10.6 @ 139mph with PetrolWerks GT500

Last month i was able to get a 10.6 @ 139mph at Atco Raceway in NJ on a 90 degree day.

the Best 60' was a 1.7 for the day

13-6 kit and ET Streets on Stock SVTPP wheels.

What are you guys doing with similar setups? i feel like i could have put down a faster ET, but the Stock gearing 3.31 seem to keep this car from the 9's as of now.

Holy MPH, 139 is insane for a basic bolt on car, are you running E85? Do some 3.73s for a better ET.

10.6 with a 1.7 60 foot sounds right for those mods, but I have a hard time believing the 139mph trap speed. Not saying you're lying, I'm saying maybe their equipment was freaking out a bit.

OP's car has more than a 13-6 kit. 139mph is upper 700's with hp.

Either way OP great MPH and good ET esp for a stick car. Please list the rest of your modifications to give folks a better understanding of where your power has come from.

tires, suspension, and weight reduction. 140 mph is a 10.0 time slip. 139 is a great mph. I'm at 10.8 and only 127 mph on average.

If this was the 8/4 track rental then I was talking with you for a bit. If I remember right your car had an issue with the traction control and you couldnt do a burnout because of it. With the mph your car puts up, some 18 drag radials instead of twentys and the willingness to fry your clutch you should be able to do some 1.5s sixties. On a good day at atco I could see a 10.0 or so at 142. For comparison -I ran a 10.4 @132 with a 1.5 sixty on a decent day there. My car has probably 80-100hp less than yours in my estimates. If your going back to atco pm me and Ill meet up with you.
