Yes, it should fit. I have the '13 stock lower pulley on my '07 now. I have had it on for about two years now without any issues so far.

No problem! I think the '14 is just double keyed vs single key on the '07. Remember to use RTV again behind the washer when you are putting the bolt on so it doesn't leak and so it fills in that other keyway hole.
