A 2.8 pulley with all the usual goodies, catback, and CAI will get you pretty close. With a typical Terminator putting down 360 RW, adding a 2.8 and a tune will get you near 460 RW, if not beyond it.

2.95's put you in the 450 RW range, 2.8's have gone beyond 470 RW on an unported Eaton. The unported Eaton hits a wall at around 500 RW, if you want to pass that, you're going to have to add gas, or change your compressor configuration.

FWIW, an old style (and new style, evidently) Whipple at minimum boost, with all the supporting elements, puts you at 540 RW, about where a level 4 port is.

Heat is another issue.
