'12 GT500 Racing stripe question

So I recently purchased a 2012 GT500 with only 6800 miles on it. It's race red with no racing stripes on the hood, roof, or trunk lid. It does however have them on the rear of the trunk, but no where else. Anyone know how or why this would happen? Just hoping it wasn't in an accident and they pulled the parts from elsewhere.

I would think the previous owner took them all off. He left those on so he wouldn't have to remove SHELBY letters and faux gas cap. He half a$$ed it.
Now you have to remove and replace those emblems to get those stripes off....or replace all the stripes on the rest of the car.

I guess that's a possibility. Don't know who the hell would do that lol. I've already got a quote to get racing stripes put on her. Here is a pic from the side/front:

Probably way off basis here, but maybe hail repaired and they didn't want to replace the stripes?
