13.99 1/4 mile...Why???

Ok guys I went to the track this past sat and ran 13.99 at best on my 97cobra... I just recently got 4.30 gears, fuel filter, autolites 764's, and some
borrowed 15x8 weld with 12.5" mt's ET streets. What gives :shrug:? Are the tires really too big for my setup? I've owned the car for 6 years now and drove the
hell out of it.

Cant remember the 60ft but the mph was at 99
