13" front rotors... Where to buy??

Sorry to ask this guys. I have been searching all over the place and idk why, but i am having a tough time finding OEM BLANK 13" front rotors.. I am looking to upgrade my GT brakes and i cant seem to find any rotors... What do you guys usually buy as stock replacements?

This is all i have found really. And why are they right side and left side specific? whats up with that?
