14 GT right tail lights blinking fast

Hi guys
Today something really annoying has started, my right tail lights has started to blink fast and all the 3 LEDs are blinking. In my gauges the arrow is blinking as well as one of the LEDs is burnt.
I installed sequencer a few days ago but everything was just fine.
I disconnected the sequencer just to make sure it's not causing the issue but it's still blinking fast.
Is it possible that one the LEDs is burnt?
What do you suggest?

I just replaced my front last week, at the same time I installed the sequencer.m, with LED one.
In the last few days the issue seems to be gone but my guess is it will be back
