SAE correction is done at less then ideal conditions. STD will be higher since it's corrections are for better air quality. It's actually uncorrected that you're thinking about. Uncorrected is what the car ACTUALLY made right then and there

No I have a 102 belt and it's on the last hole passenger side we needed a pry bar and crank the pulley to roll the belt on works good and I have done some hard pulls up to 260KM and it was still pulling hard holding boost.

I am running 14.5-15 degrees timing from what I see in the logs. Beefcake would be able to confirm the number for timing.
