14MM IRS Bolt..Confused

Hi guys...over the weekend I searched for this at home...with a painfully slow dial-up, so if this is a repeat, I'm sorry.

Despite having the TSB done several times for the rear noise when going over speed bumps, etc...I am still a bit unsure as to which bolts exactly need to be changed.

My understanding is that the bolts that one would shave or replace for tire clearance are the same as the ones I need to upgrade from 12mm. Is this right?

I also understand that only these two (one per side) need to be done. I asked my SVT tech, who had not heard of this, and without the car on a lift,we were wondering if this is a nut and bolt.

GREEN These bolts are 12mm from the factory but should be upgraded to 14mm.

RED These are 12mm bolts that need to have their heads shaved down to fit wide tires. You can't change these to 14mm.

Thanks so much Top Fuel...now it makes sense. The ones that need to be changed are the lower ones..that are in front of the springs.

One more question...where can I buy them? I heard MM has them, but could not find them on their site.
