Has anyone had luck with finding results of using a 15/16 short block in 11-14 cars? How far off is the oil filter, can you use the 11-14 filter block on the new short block. Thanks

The oil filter adapter is interchangeable for all 5.0s. There is no reason why you cannot use a new shortblock with a older car.
