15x8 race star. How far do they really stick out?

Hi, I found a set of 15x8 racestars locally and I am interested in buying them. I plan on putting a 275/60/15 tire on them. I have read a lot about them sticking out from the sides of the fenders and was wondering if anyone had any input on it as well as pictures.

My sig pic shows it. It looks alot better when lowered. They stick out maybe 1/2 to 3/4" on each side

I have them on my car with 275/60/15 MTs and they look fine. Definitely needs to be lowered though.

Awesome, thanks everyone. If anyone has any pictures from right ontop of the fender looking down that would be awesome. Or just a dead center shot from the rear.

The out side lip of the 8" rim & the 10" rim are the same... The inside is 2"s closer to the outside of the car on the 8"... Just picture the center of the tire 1" further out on a 8" rim compared to a 10" rim.
