16 Coyote & 6R80 into 13 Boss?

I have a 13 auto swapped Boss 302 with a built 6R80 & built motor, can I plug and play the Motor and Trans from a 16 Mustang into the Boss without any issues?

You would have to correct the firing order, could be as simple as swapping the connectors between cylinders or a bit mor involved repining at the ecu.

Edit: Maybe professional level SCT has the ability to change the firing order at software level.

If you are going to use the harness and ecu from the 16 you maybe ok not sure the dash will work with the 16 or not

To answer your question, no.

There is differences in VCT that would prevent this

Looking at the spec on the owners manuals for 2014 and 2015 I stand corrected.
