17x7 wheel with 3" back space

Will 17x7 with 3 inch back space fit good on 2003/2004 Cobras?

I know this is a few months old, but I run 17x7 on the front, but with a 4.5" backspace. Mine clears, so I assume yours would too (depending on how the wheel is designed), they would just stick out further from the fender.
