too much diference it width anyway. If you're a handling guy it would probably handle pretty erratic due to the traction difference front to rear.

I am a handling guy. That was the answer I figured I'd get. I might be back in on the deal, so that is cool.

I had those sizes on my 03 GT, and it handled fine, and had great grip. It's a good setup for a street/weekend drag car. The 17x8s do look a tad small, but hey so do skinnies.
