Has anyone tried an 18 inch wheel on the rears to gain a little more side wall for drag racing? Curious to know if there are any caliper/rotor clearance issues with this size wheel. If someone has done this, I'd also appreciate knowing the size of the rim width. Thanks.

Just upon looking at the Shelby I think you should be able to, I mean the rotors on the back of the Shelby and calipers are nothing anymore special than those on my Jeep Liberty, Size Wise that is, it should fit. But someone correct me if I'm wrong.
18 fits the rear no problem, even 17 inch with a small spacer just to be sure. The front you can get a 18 on there also if your going for the drag setup....look up the cars of Lethal and Evolution performance
