1988 gt 5.0 vert price check

I have an opportunity to by an orignal owner 88 gt 5sp convertible with 17k original miles. It hasnt been driven even around the block in 17 years. It has been stored in a heated, carpeted, garage and covered for its entire life. It is 100% original never been in any form of accident. Never been in rain or snow. It is nearly perfect I couldnt even find a scratch. It is just dusty. It is light blue regatta metallic with a dark dark blue top and grey leather seats. It doesnt have the cloth/leather it is 100% leather. Interior is literally like new.

She wants 8k for the car. Im thinking this is a once in a lifetime kind of thing.

What do you guys think?

if its all original i say go for it. i wpuld try to talk her down to 6k. but i would go 8k if its that nice. sounds like a pretty rare color combo, i'll have to check my mustang book to see how rare it is. do u got any pics?

That seems pretty fair priced if it is in that good of condition!!!! If you can get it cheaper then even better.
