Okay so I had a vacuum leak that I found with a smoke test it was the throttle body gasket leaking I've replaced that now my question is that the car was also leaking from the egr diaphragm or the holes in the back of the egr is this normal or is this my other vacuum leak?

It should be a sealed system, I'd say that's another leak. Have you noticed any drivability issues? fuel mileage changes?
well I fight would tell you what I have found... Okay I found that where both oxygen sensors come together and go into the main harness well the part of the main harness with all of the o2 connections is shorted together like all of the wires have managed to wrap themselves together do once I fix that I will update you
