It was nice today! I got 2 runs in the low 11.4s and I was warned and sent back to tech - slow down or stop running . . . I did practice some launches and I cut better 60s that would have had me in the 11.20s but I didn't want "das-boot" so soon.

I did take home the LSX Motor Class award and it was even a bracket race . . . 6 speed, no less . . . You can see my pic on the BOPCracing website!!!

Here is the brake down of the best run (I was able to do) and this was the 1st trip to the track with the Vortech.

R/T________.095
60ft________1.83
330________4.961
1/8________7.475
1/8mph____97.98
1000______9.634
1/4_______11.43
1/4mph____126.42

60lb injectors go in soon so the tune will be finished and the NO2 tune added as well

freaking sweet dude! I bet when you get the Nitrious tuned and up you will be like a real goat and eat everhthing! lol

You think you will be in the 10s on nitrous? I am sure it depends on what shot you are going with... with a cam, longtubes, blower on a ls motor that thing must be beastly

I think you will definately be in the 10s with the sauce. Maybe with more practice with the new found power you'll get there without it. Where did you run at? I was gonna go to SDR yesterday until I found out they were only running 1/8. I just got my ported blower on and was really wanting to try it out. Hopefully I'll be seeing you in the 10s. Check the #s in my sig from Dec 2 at SGMP. Preport.

Thanks guys! I think with the 60 pounders and a retune I should be in the high 10s without the spray. With the spray - well, we shall see!

F8LSNAKE - kick ass run man! Your 60ft is crazy for a manual! I did cut a 1.73 yesterday that would have gave me an 11.2 but I had to let out at the 1000 . . . or suffer the track ejection . . .

I got lucky at SGMP. They didn't say anything about me not having a cage. I guess because I got there late and they were pretty busy. + my windows are so dark u can't see in. There's some vids of my runs under "close but no cigar" just a few threads down.

What tires are u on? I'm now running et streets which drastically lowered my 60' times. They're also easier on my irs.

I run the BFG G-Force Drags in a 275. These are on my 18 inch wheels and I use them on the street as well.

Are those cars pretty limited as to wheel and tire size? What's the max?

With the fender wells roled you can get a 275 Drag. We have had guys get in 285s with the right offset. Anything bigger and you need to do some relocating of shocks, ect. Tight wells . . . We have had 2 guys do live axle swaps and run 315s but I'm not doing that.
