2-3 shift lockout?

So over the last six months my 2-3 shift has been getting harder. Now half the time it locks me out and won't go in about half the time on high rpm shifts only, the rest of the gears are fine. Had it looked at from a reputable driveline shop. Says my throw out bearing looks worn and should replace my clutch. I'm already having him do an mgw and amsoil in the trans and diff. Thinking of going mcleod rxt but he won't guarantee that will fix it. Want the mgw and might as well do the clutch with the tranny out. What do you guys think and is there any other things I should do while its apart? Thanks

Its possible the clutch is not disengaging at high RMPs, if you do the RXT also replace the slave and a steel braided clutch line kit, the MGW and AMS trans fluid while help a lot

I'll be doing the slave cylinder and a upgraded mcleod clutch line. Anything else I'm missing, seems like some of you guys would have had this lockout issue as well.
