Accufab Throttle body included with blower for $2,600 unless someone wants blower only first.

Is that oil on the rotors?

Yes it is. Blower had the normal oil spillage when it was shipped to Texas. Hasn't been installed since then so the oil that got on the rotors is still there.
Absolutely put in new oil when you receive it.
