Hi All,
I have a 2.6 kb in my car
I just swapped the upper pulley to smallest one 2.75
I also have 4lb lower.
I have a built motor and using race gas
Now, Last night I was driving the car 80-100 mph with out boost ( Zero Boost )
I smelled something like burn from the engine
I found the blower dipstick melt !! and the oil exit from the blower !!
Blower was really hot, I checked cooling sys for the blower all was OK
But there is a loose when rotate the blower by my hand and there is a sound like ''cluck cluck'' when you rotate right and then left.
What could be the reason that dipstick blown and the oil goes out ?
Does it mean that Blower need to rebuild ?
I want to open the front cover to check gears and bearings of the blower
Please give me some advices
