I do quite a bit of open track driving and have been having the usual "running hot" issues. I started with a 2.81 pulley and backed down to a 2.94 (no dyno) and now a 3.1 pulley.

I'm adding the Evans oil cooling kit in a week so hope to put back either the 2.94 or 2.81 eventually with the better cooling system.

Anyway, figured some of you might be interested in the dyno runs.

Enjoy!

For open track events I would recommend the stock size pulley. The heat generated by the eaton when you over spin it will make a smaller pulley ineffective IMO. Or go with a Twin Screw at it's lowest boost level.

Good numbers though.

I use a data logger and can see higher accel g's consistently with the 2.81 vs the 2.94. So, based on my data, the 2.81 is definitely providing more power throughout a 30 minute lapping session.
