Are the wheels staggerred, 20x8 and 20x10 rears?

As much as I would like to sell these, I will not ship to canada. The last time I shipped to canada it was a small small box and it cost me $26. At that rate I would estimate shipping to be around $400. If that's what you want to spend then I don't mind shipping them.
