2000 Ford Mustang Twin Turbo 4V DOHC
Car was purchased as a running 6 cylinder car with a salvage title. I removed the power train and replaced it with complete running gear from a 2003 Cobra 10th anniversary donor car with 24,000 miles on it. The car was recently invited to 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords Magazines “King of the Street” competition in Bowling Green, Kentucky last October. It made 918 hp and 744 tq on 22 psi and ran 10.8 at 147 on Nitto Drag Radials. Ran 10.20 on ET streets. The car will be in an upcoming issue of 5.0 Magazine with the event coverage. I built the car for this event and am selling to build another car for next year. Here is the rundown on the car…

My intention with this build was to have a race car that could be driven just about anywhere if needed. The car weighs 3180 with a full tank. It drives well and is scary fast when you’re on the gas! It stops and steers just as a car with manual equipment would. It does not have AC but does have heat, and it works well. No airbags or computer. Put an auto in the car and it will run 8s. Drivability is great, the clutch is a little tough because it really wants to grab, but the petal effort is very light. Transmission shifts nice and the car needs nothing. No smoke, good cold and hot starts, tuned by one of the best around with top notch parts, makes great power and can take you to the next level. More race than street, but looks bad fast and can back it up. Id drive it anywhere as you can live with the LOUD fuel pump. $30,000. Call or email with any questions.
