2001 cobra exhaust compared to 2001 gt exhaust

dont know much at all about the gt exhausts.. just wondering what the difference is between the two.. why is the cobra exhaust so much more money than the gt exhaust?

I can buy a GT exhaust for my cobra oke:

LOL it should be cheaper but they know you paid more for the cobra so your pockets are deeper. I still think it is easier to remove is a better answer.
