Holly sh*t that is some mis information right there. They all have the same weak rods that break at the same point. 01 and up have varying differences and then 03 and up have even more on top of that but the short block isn't part of the changes..

My bad if thats the case I was told something completly different by a few different people about the short block change in 2001 and up
