all 97-03 f-150's had cruise control recall
leaky intercoolers (99-02 i think)
4 thread heads, prone to spit plugs (99-02) not a recall tho..

Thats just 99-00 that had the intercooler issue. Its not on the recall list anymore IIRC
Just the CC recall is all I know of. Take it to Ford to see if its been done

Intercooler replacement was a program not an actual recall. The only other recalls for our trucks where the wipe motor cover and the cruise deactivation switch.
