2001 Lightning: Nice mods, Geat Price

Here is what i have and what i need for it:
2001 Ford Lightning with 30,700 miles on it
Great shape would say 9 out of 10, color is red and tires have 60-70% tread left.
list of mods:
JLP Intake
Larger MAF
Accufab TB
JLP pulley kit with 5lb pulley
Full JLP (Bassani exhaust) with cats
hand programmer with tune

Will take $11,500 OBO

What's wrong with the truck.

absolutely nothing....bought the truck 3-4 months ago have driven it only on the nicest days.
BUT, being in the military i can only take 1 vehicle (car/truck) with me to Germany and as much as this would be a fun vehicle, it would not fair to well on the autobahn at some of the sustained cruising speeds it would see.
So i have decided i will stick with a Vette (selling my C5 and picking up my C6 tomorrow), so rather have someone who appreciates and would enjoy this truck, vs trading it in and it going to some wholesaler.
