2003 Cobra build numbers available

I just called SVT and they have the build numbers for the coupes for 2003.

I have #6089 of 8394. He said that is the final number.

They are overlays for the airbag warning stickers on your visor. It comes with 2 stickers.

I just called SVT. My Coupe is #7049 of 8394 coupes. Build date was May 15, 2003. Woo-hoo...it was a Wednesday car..no Friday machine!

There were right around 13,000 total Cobras built, so after 8394 coupes, the rest are convertibles. (Sorry, I don;t remember the exact number.)

We have to remember that the '03s were built for a very long run..more than a year, so this year's production will be high.

It will get more interesting when we begin to get breakdowns of color vs. interior color vs. body type.

I had one of 387 White 95 Cobra coupes with a parchment leather interior...woohoo

Please remember there are two runs for 2003. They estimated around 4000 for the first run, and 8-9000 for the second. The first run was probably in the 3000 to 3500 range. Mostly coupes, and this number should be the total of ALL the 03 models coupes, including the anniversary models.

I'll wait until my certificate comes out =) You would think that the numbers would be for all the cars, not just the coupes.
